By using Crease you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

We moderate chat to enforce these guidelines. We may remove any content, warn users, temporarily suspend accounts, or permanently ban accounts that violate these terms — at our sole discretion, without prior notice.

To report a user or a message, tap their name in chat and select Report. We review all reports and will act where a violation is found.

5. Content you post

You own the messages you post. By posting in Crease chat, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to store, display, and moderate that content as part of operating the service. We do not claim ownership of your content.

6. Cricket data

Match scores, fixtures, and player data are sourced from third-party providers and may occasionally be inaccurate or delayed. Crease is not responsible for errors in cricket data. Do not make financial decisions based on data shown in the app.

Crease is not affiliated with or endorsed by the BCCI, IPL, ICC, or any cricket board or team.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

Crease is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the app will be available at all times, error-free, or that data will be accurate.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Crease.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Continued use of Crease after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms. We will notify you of significant changes through the app.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved in courts located in Mumbai, India.
